Eric S. Reimer brings over 32 years of extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. During his career, Mr. Reimer has completed in excess of 15 million square feet of office lease transactions on behalf of tenants and institutional owners in major markets throughout the country. Mr. Reimer started his career in 1981 with the Rostenberg-Doern Company based in the Westchester/ Fairfield real estate market.

He recently served as Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle in the New York City office, where he represented such prestigious clients as GE Capital, Mitsubishi International Corporation, Silvercrest Asset Management Group and Kensico Properties. Prior to the Staubach Company’s merger with Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Reimer served as a Managing Director of the firm’s National Financial Practice.

In 2001, Mr. Reimer was a Senior Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) Realty Corp where he was integrally involved with the 1.4 million lease assignment transaction of Donald Lufkin and Jenrette’s corporate offices at 277 Park Avenue and the subsequent lease acquisition of 1.1 million square feet for CSFB at One Madison Avenue in New York City.
