About Mark

Mark Gollin, Advisor, has twenty plus years experience in financial services with a broad investment banking, private equity, real estate, servicing and debt-related background. Prior to joining Chatsworth, Mr. Gollin was a principal with Apollo’s EPF Fund (London) and served as a portfolio/investment manager focusing on NPLs and distressed debt portfolios around the region. In this capacity, Mr. Gollin was responsible for the management, resolution, workout and ultimate disposition of distressed claims, repossessed real estate and servicing oversight.

Before Apollo, Mr. Gollin had a long career with Lehman Brothers, where he held a variety of positions across North America, Asia and Europe and had numerous responsibilities including the management and oversight of staff, assets, small businesses, large transactions and mixed portfolios of commercial, residential, corporate and consumer debt products of all levels of performance.

Mr. Gollin spent several years in Denver, Colorado, where he played an integral role in the integration and management of Lehman’s US mortgage origination and servicing platform and earlier in his career, Mr. Gollin was responsible for residential, commercial and unsecured loan diligence, analytics, claim resolution and whole loan dispositions across Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan and the Philippines. Mr. Gollin started his career as an analyst with Bear, Stearns and has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hartford.
