Mr. Clark brings 30 years of experience providing financial and strategic advice to a full range of clients, including entrepreneurs, large corporations, family businesses, private equity funds, and special committees of public companies.
Mr. Clark spent 22 years on Wall Street with Bear Stearns, J.P. Morgan and Raymond James where he advised on over 100 strategic transactions and over 200 capital raising transactions with both public and private companies. At these firms, he focused on the energy industry. He has been affiliated with some of the leading institutions in the world, and his experience ranges from representing the owners in the sale of a small private U.S. company for $12 million to representing large, multi-billion-dollar public companies in various acquisitions and divestitures. He has also presented to numerous public and private boards on various strategic/financial alternatives.
Mr. Clark graduated with an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991.
