Mr. McCrary founded and has served as President of McCrary & Company since 1998. McCrary & Company provides business development and project management consultation services in Europe and North America.

• Research companies for private equity & venture capital investors
• Conduct due diligence & financial analysis on target companies
• Specialization in distressed companies and companies experiencing financial difficulties who are seeking new investors for turn-around opportunities.
From 2002 - 2006, Mr. McCrary served as Managing Director and equity analyst with Diem Capital Management where he produced quantitative equity research for the firm's Perseus Fund.
Prior to founding McCrary & Company, Mr. McCrary served as Vice President - Quantitative Equity Research for Auerbach, Pollak & Richardson where he produced quantitative equity research based upon his proprietary McCrary Stock Selection Program and conducted research on distressed securities where he sourced trade claims of companies reorganizing under Chapter XI by developing extensive relationships with funds and dealers in that market, securitized the claims, marketed them to high net worth individuals and organized subsequent distributions to investors. While with Auerbach, he was frequently quoted in publications including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Business Week, Money and Bloomberg and interviewed on CNBC.
Terry served as a consultant to CTF MEG Neuro Innovations, Inc. for five years, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and new product development, including one year as the General Manager of the company. CTF is a leading manufacturer of magnetoencephalography systems. MEG systems map brain activity by measuring the magnetic field generated by electrical activity in the brain.
Mr. McCrary has served as a guest lecturer to Carnegie Mellon’s Master of Science in Computational Finance and Entrepreneurship programs and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of AmpleHarvest.org, Inc. He holds a BA from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
